Lightly toast two slices of sourdough bread in the toaster or oven.
Prepare the avocado by slicing it in half and removing the pit. Remove the avocado from the skin and place it in a small bowl. Mash the avocado until it is as smooth or chunky as desired. Spread the mashed avocado evenly on the two slices of toast.
Slice the cherry tomatoes into halves and place them on top of the mashed avocado.
Sprinkle the sea salt and everything bagel seasoning on top of the mashed avocado and tomato halves. Finally, add the microgreens on top.

More or fewer tomatoes and microgreens can be added as desired
The sourdough can be toasted in the oven if needed. Broil on low for about a minute (this may vary depending on your oven). Watch it closely because it can brown very quickly.
