Instructions
Pour the milk into the blender. (I recommend pouring the milk in first so you can use the measurement marks that are on the blender itself.) Then, add the remaining ingredients.
Blend until smooth. Many blenders have a smoothie button or setting you can select which usually works great! (If you’re looking for an AMAZING blender that will last for decades, I would 100% recommend a Blendtec Blender. I’ve had mine for almost 7 years and I don’t know what I’d do without it!)

This smoothie can be made with the milk of your choice and your favorite protein powder.
