Ingredients

coconut water

teaspoon
honey

strawberries
Instructions
Add the coconut water, honey, and strawberries to blender and blend until smooth. (As always, I swear by my
Blendtec Blender
!)
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze until fully set (approx. 4 hours). These
silicone popsicle molds
from amazon are awesome!
Remove from popsicle molds and enjoy!
Notes
If you use wooden popsicle sticks, you may need to let the popsicles freeze for about 15 minutes before inserting the sticks so they stay in place.
