Ingredients
Fresca sparkling soda water: If you haven’t tried this delicious sparkling soda water with a fruity citrus flavor, you need to! Not only is it a refreshing beverage on its own, but it makes the perfect bubbly base for this pretty pink punch.
Pink cranberry juice: Part of achieving the perfect pink color is using the right juice. Pink cranberry juice pairs perfectly with pink lemonade and has an incredible rose color. We like Ocean Spray, but any brand you can find at your local grocery store should work perfectly.
Pink lemonade concentrate: Frozen pink lemonade concentrate is a must for any sparkling pink lemonade punch! From the bright pink color to the sweet and tart flavor, this ingredient puts the “punch” in this pretty pink punch!
How To Make This Recipe
This recipe is super simple to make and only takes about 5 minutes. Here’s how to prepare this non-alcoholic pink punch:
Start by adding the frozen pink lemonade concentrate to a large pitcher or punch bowl. Be sure it’s large enough to hold at least 3 quarts. We like to use a 4-quart glass punch bowl for this pink punch.
The next step is to pour the pink cranberry juice into the bowl with the frozen concentrate.
Finally, add the Fresca and stir the mixture gently until fully combined.
If desired, garnish your sparkling punch with lemon slices and cranberries for a fun pop of color. Serve and enjoy!
Make-Ahead Tip: If you’re making this punch in advance, combined the pink lemonade concentrate and pink cranberry juice and chill until you’re ready to serve. Mix in the Fresca just before serving to ensure the punch is extra fizzy!
Recipe Tips and Tricks
Chill the ingredients beforehand: To make sure the punch is served nice and cold, be sure to chill all of the ingredients in the refrigerator beforehand. This will help the punch stay refreshing for longer and prevent it from getting warm too quickly.
Add the Fresca just before serving: If you’re making this punch ahead of time, keep it in the refrigerator until time to serve. We recommend waiting to the Fresca until you’re ready to serve for the best sparkling pink lemonade!
Add garnishes: A simple and fun way to dress up this punch is by adding garnishes to the bowl, pitcher, or glasses. Fresh berries, citrus slices, or edible flowers like rose petals can create an even more bold and flavorful drink.
Serve over ice: Since this is a sparkling punch, serving it over ice can help keep it nice and bubbly while also keeping it cool. For serving at parties, consider a separate ice bucket to keep it from melting and diluting the punch too quickly.
Recipe Variations
We love the flavor combinations in this recipe, but there are so many fun possibilities for variations. Here are some ideas that you might want to try:
Use a different type of cranberry juice: we love the color that pink cranberry juice provides, but there are so many options of cranberry juices to try. Some of these include white cranberry, classic cranberry, cran-grape, white cran-strawberry, cranberry pineapple, cranberry apple peach, and more!
Swap out the Fresca: if you don’t have Fresca or want to try something different, there are many bubbly soda alternatives. Some of our favorites include ginger ale, Sprite, 7up, and La Croix.
Spike the punch: This is a non-alcoholic punch recipe, but if you want to spike your punch to kick things up a notch, you can turn this into a great adult refreshment.
How To Serve Punch
There are a few different ways to serve your pink punch. One simple approach is to use a large punch bowl and have a ladle available for serving. This is a simple method that doesn’t require any fancy serving materials and showcases the garnishes well.
Second, you can make this punch in a large drink dispenser with a spout, The spout latch makes it easy for guests to fill their cups with less chances of spilling. If you do a lot of hosting or entertaining, buying a drink dispenser may be worth it for you!
Lastly, a happy medium between a punch bowl and a drink dispenser is making your punch in a pitcher. Opting for a glass pitcher is an excellent choice. Not only does it make serving a breeze, but also shows off the pretty pink punch with garnishes and all.
Garnish Ideas
Simple glasses can easily be dressed up to serve your pink punch with a little more pizazz. Here are some easy garnish ideas for your punch glasses!
Pink straws: A fun straw is one of the easiest ways to make your punch glasses pop. You can find pink decorative straws at Walmart, Hobby Lobby, Amazon, and the dollar store!
Lemon slices: If you’re making any sort of lemonade, adding fresh lemon slices is a simple way to make your drinks look elevated. They also add a bright pop of color.
Cranberries: Adding a few cranberries to garnish this sparkling pink cranberry lemonade is a perfect way to add color and texture. The pink cranberries give contrast to the lemons, and make any drink look restaurant quality.
Pink sugar rim: Making pink sugar to add to the rim of your glass is super simple. Put some granulated sugar in a bowl and add a tiny drop of pink food coloring. Mix until all the sugar turns pink and add to the rims of your punch glasses.
How To Store Leftovers
Since this is a sparkling punch, it’s best when served right away. That said, any leftover punch can be stored in the refrigerator in a bowl or pitcher if needed.
Remove any ice before storing to prevent the punch from getting diluted. It’s also a good idea to remove any garnishes as well. Some fruits like lemon slices and cranberries can add a bit of tartness to the punch if they are left in it for an extended period of time.
Keep in mind that the sparkling soda in the punch will likely go flat in the fridge. We recommend adding some additional Fresca before serving again to ensure it’s bubbly and refreshing!
